  1. Qualifications for Returns

You can return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days of the date you received the shipment.

You can only return items that have not received any use, have not been washed, and are in new condition, and any pieces of the original packaging are all kept, and all the tags are present.

In order to receive a return and or exchange, you do have to provide proof of purchase and will need to present the order number, receipt or confirmation email.

  1. Accepted Returns or Exchanges

We will happily provide you with a refund or exchange for the following reasons:

An item arrives with any type of damage or defect.

An order you received has a product that is materially different than the order you placed (totally different design, all different prints, low quality product, etc.).

For any and all of these, feel free to contact Customer Support within 7 days of when you received the item, and make sure to include pictures and the order information.

  1. Returns for Any Other Reason

If you changed your mind about your purchase (wrong size, style, or you ordered the item by mistake), we are happy to provide you with an exchange or refund under these conditions:

The item must still meet the criteria above of being “unused and original condition.”

You must cover the costs of the return shipping yourself.

Shipping fees that were incurred when making the order are non-refundable.

How to Request Returns and Refunds

Please specify your order number and send us photos of the item if it is damaged.

We will review your request to confirm eligibility before providing you with a return address or, in the case of defective items, a return shipping label will be provided.

If you received approval, you will need to return the item in its original packaging and new condition that you should send back no later than 14 days after you received approval.

Refund Processing and Other Timeframes

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method once we have received your return request and completed our return processing.

Refunds typically take 14 working days after we receive your return request to be processed before they are issued, and this varies based on your bank or payment provider.

In the case that we receive a request for an exchange, we will send the new item once the original one is returned and is in satisfactory condition.

  1. Non-returnable Items

There are specific instances in which items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are personalized and/or custom, including custom prints, custom sizing, and so on.  
  • Items on clearance or have been marked as “final sale.”
  • Items that exhibit any signs of wear, have been washed, or show signs of damage after receipt of delivery.
  1. Cancellation and Order Changes

You can cancel or change the order within the first 24 hours after the transaction. This is as long as the order has not already shipped.

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return items in accordance with the return instructions above.
